Services Offered:
Daily support meetings, telephone recovery support, peer-to-peer recovery support, family support, trainings, overdose prevention/naloxone (Narcan) distribution, peer navigation.
Enrollment in Services:
We encourage the community or anyone seeking help or offer support to the recovery community to call or walk in a brief form will help capture basic contact information. Peers looking for support are encouraged to call the recovery center as soon as possible so we can begin telephone recovery support immediately.
Mission/Vision of North Country Serenity Center
Educate, support, and guide individuals, families and the community affected by substance use disorder in the recovery process.
General Information:
NCSC is a safe space for anyone in whatever stage of recovery they may be. If all roads lead to recovery, then NCSC is a place where Recovery Warriors can take that first step. We are a recovery community organization providing peer recovery support services to empower and support individuals looking to initiate and sustain a program of recovery. The center also offers education and support for families, friends and community.
History of North Country Serenity Center
NCSC opened its doors in May of 2017 because of kind people who saw the North Country in need of a place like this. Since then NCSC has serviced hundreds of people find their way to Recovery.
